Biography
Sydney Stuart has been practicing law for over three decades and has been handling exclusively family law cases since 2007. Should you find yourself in need of an attorney for a family law matter, give yourself peace of mind from knowing that she handles only family law cases, unlike many who practice as “jacks-of-all-trades.” Sydney is a nationally certified Child Welfare Specialist and will always fight for the best interests of your children. It is also important to Sydney to build families instead of tear them apart. She is an experienced mediator as well as litigator, and understands that families are still families, even after a divorce. That said, Sydney also is well-aware that all situations are not ideal, and she will take necessary measures to keep you safe and protected.
Sydney received her undergraduate degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia, and her law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. After forty years in Dallas and Austin, she is happy to be back in the Four States Area and looks forward to connecting with you.
